Treatment Plan

The Technology Behind eMatrix
The treatment provider will use an ergonomic applicator to deliver RF energy via an electrode matrix. This energy will heat the skin layers to a level that will elicit a healing reaction from the skin. The skin senses the damage to the epidermis sustained through intense dermal heating.
The untreated tissue which is not affected by the RF energy expedites the healing process by increasing the generation of elastin and collagen. Consequently, the skin heals rapidly offering the patient a brighter, dazzling, and more youthful appearance.
Sublative Rejuvenation is different in comparison to other types of non-invasive skin procedures such as Thermage and Fraxel as the energy wavelengths delivered by the applicators do not impact certain skin layers leading to enhanced collagen generation at the source.

Downtime and Recovery
Although eMatrix is a gentle procedure, patients can still anticipate some mild side-effects in the days after the treatment. There may be some inflammation.
