Wound Repair Process
The wound repair process occurs in three phases:
Inflammation

Proliferation
The wound is further repaired with new cell granulation process and temporary elastin and collagen that are a part of the extra-cellular matrix.
Remodeling

The complete SkinPen procedure takes about 30 to 60 minutes. The time taken for the procedure depends on the size and the number of areas under treatment and also on the extent of treatment required by a patient.
