Patient is a lovely 37 year-old Hispanic female who had original silicone breast augmentation performed by another surgeon in December of 2015. She thought her implants were about “400 cc” and stated that these were “Mentor “ gels. She complained that her new implants were not “full and round” enough. She went from a small B to about a C-cup size, and stated that she wanted at least a full “D”-cup size. She showed me photos of “DD”-sized breasts that were very full and round and what she wanted to look like. Her implants were already in the submuscular or dual-plane. Thus, I recommended implant exchange with pocket revisions to much fuller, 600 cc or larger Natrelle Style SRF (“overfilled”) silicone gels to give her more upper pole roundness and overall projection. She agreed and underwent revisionary breast surgery with removal of her old, 400 cc gels, Pocket Revisions then Replacements with Natrelle, Inspira, 695cc, SRF silicone gels and is now finally very happy with her breasts!
