Patient is a lovely 39 year-old Caucasian female who presented complaining of desiring much “bigger implants”. She had original saline, transaxillary, submuscular breast augmentation performed by a Dr Carli in Riverside back in 2007, and complained that her implants were “too small”. She did not know the volume or brand of her implants and her surgeon had since retired. She stated that she went from an A-cup to a B-cup, and she desired a “full DD-cup size”. She had one child and breastfed. She underwent Breast Revisional Surgery with Removal of an Intact Right 240 cc Saline Implant and Partially-Deflated Left Implant, Pocket Revisions & Replacements with the Natrelle, Inspira, 605 cc, Style SRF (“ultra full”) Profile Implants in the same, partial submuscular plane and is now thrilled with her much fuller size, improved symmetry and more natural feel of her breasts!
