Patient is a pleasant 30-year-old Caucasian female, mother of two, who desired larger breasts and wanted them “fuller”.  She stated that her breasts became “deflated” after breastfeeding her children.  She wanted to become a full C-cup.

She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High Profile (HP) 400 cc Silicone hel implants placed in the “Dual-Plane” (partial submuscular) position via inframammary incisions.
