Patient is a 56-year-old Caucasian male who presented complaining of sagging upper eyelids. He had documented visual field defects by an Opthalmologist. He was offered direct, surgical browlift by another doctor, however he did not wish to undergo this operation or have the permanent, visible scarring above his brows. He had significant dermatochalasis (excess upper eyelid skin) that he was bothered by, and underwent bilateral upper blepharoplasties. He elected not to undergo lower eyelid surgery at this time. His vision and appearance is greatly improved, and he is very happy with his results!
