Patient is a lovely 44-year-old Hispanic female who first presented complaining of “droopy” saggy breasts that were “too low” with loss of fullness after having two children and breastfeeding. She desired more uplifted breasts with increased upper-pole fullness and about a “C”-cup size. She was scheduled to undergo surgery however she had an abnormal mammogram that required more workup. She required surgical intervention and had quite a bit of tissue removed from her right, retroareolar region via right, peri-areolar incision and thus, we waited for more healing regarding her cosmetic breast surgery. She was a good candidate to undergo breast augmentation and she chose the Sientra, highly-cohesive silicone gel implants. She had Grade II Breast Ptosis with some acquired asymmetry where her left breast was slightly larger than her right. She had Sientra, Moderate, Smooth, Round, Silicone Gels placed- 440 cc on the right and 380 cc on the left side) in the Dual-Plane with Vertical (“Lollipop” Mastopexies).
