Patient is a tall, fit, 55 year-old mother of two children whom she breastfed. She complained of small, deflated breasts. She was also an avid golfer who desired larger, fuller breasts that would not interfere with her golf-game.
She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Plus (MPP), 325 cc silicone gel implants placed via lower, peri-areolar incisions, in the Subglandular (over the muscle) plane due to her athleticism, in order to not change her golf-swing or competitive edge.
