Patient is a 31 year-old Hispanic male who complained of gynecomastia and was particularly bothered by his large male breast and “puffy nipples”. He had undergone hormonal therapy with both Letrazole as well as Tamoxifen for six months prior for a pituitary tumor. He states that the gynecomastia did improve a bit with his treatment, however it did not completely go away. He was a body-builder and very bothered by the appearance of the gynecomastia. He quit smoking in preparation for surgery. Due to the severity of his gynecomastia as well as his multiple chest tattoos and the extent of the glandular tissue, Dr. Q performed a complete Male Breast Reduction via inframammary incisions. He is very happy with his results.
