Patient is a 39 year-old mother of two via C-sections who complained that when she gains weight, all her fat goes “straight to her belly”. She had Coolsculpting treatments in the past, but desired a more dramatic result and flatter abdomen. She was rather short-waisted and also had some rectus laxity after having her children. She complained of “never having a waist”. She was done having kids and ready for a surgical body-contouring procedure. She had a very small abdominal pannus with diffuse lipodystrophy of her abdomen, waist, hips and flanks. She had a poorly-defined waist with a more “boxy” truncal shape.
