Patient 29 Breast Augmentation Silicone Before and After Photos

Procedure: Breast Augmentation Silicone*

Patient is a lovely 35 year-old Caucasian female who presented complaining of spontaneous, deflation of her left-sided implant that she first noticed recently. She denied any known trauma or inciting event. She had her original, primary, saline breast augmentation surgery performed back in 2007, and she had saline implants that she thinks were about 510 cc, and she was not sure what they were filled up to. She states she now wears about a “D”-cup bra and likes her size, but complains of the palpability and visible rippling of the saline implants, and she would like to exchange to silicone gels and would like slightly more fullness- particularly in the upper pole region. She understands that silicone gels will be slightly heavier than her old saline implants. Since her implants are already in the submuscular plane, she was a good candidate to exchange and upgrade to the Natrelle, smooth, round, SRF style of overfilled, silicone gel implant and will likely require a volume around 550 to 605 cc to make her “fuller”. She understands that due to her spontaneous deflation, the left breast begins to contract changing the overall compliance of the left breast compared to her fully inflated right breast, and therefore her overall breast shapes may forever be different. All attempts to make them as symmetric as possible were made and she is thrilled with her new results!
