Patient is a 29 year-old Caucasian female, mother of one child who breastfed and complained of small breasts. She wore about a 36 A/B-cup and she desired to become a much fuller C/D-cup size again. She desired a very “natural look and feel” and specifically requested the Sientra brand of silicone “gummy bear” implants at the time of her initial consultation. She is very tall, active and athletic with wider shoulders. She underwent augmentation mammaplasty with Sientra (“Gummy-bear”) 505 cc High-Profile implants in the subglandar plane using the “true texture” surface to help protect against capsular contracture. She now wears a full D-cup and is thrilled with her results!
