Patient is a 37 year-old Caucasian mother of two via C-sections who complained of a saggy abdomen with stria, and fat that shelved over her old C-section scar. She desired a much flatter and tighter abdomen and underwent Mini-Abdominoplasty (with removal of about 136 grams of lower abdominal tissue) with Power-Assisted Lipoplasty of her upper abdomen, waist, hips and flanks (with removal of about 2.05 liters of fat) to flatten and contour her abdomen and trunk.
