Patient is a lovely 40 year-old Hispanic mother of four who breastfed, and who presented complaining of getting “botched breast implants” done previously by another surgeon. She complained of wanting fuller breasts but the surgeon placed “huge saline implants” that made her look way too large and matronly. She was so dissatisfied that she then went to Mexico to have the horrible breast implants removed. Unfortunately she had a terrible experience there where they removed her old implants under local anesthesia only and she felt everything including a lot of pain! She was very traumatized by the experience, however she did desire fuller breasts again. She decided to undergo revisional breast augmentation with me and underwent placement of Sientra, Textured, 255 cc, Moderate Profile, Highly-Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants in the subglandular position and she is thrilled with her new, fuller breast results!
