Patient 15 Tummy Tuck Before and After Photos

Patient is a 62 year-old Hispanic female who complained of a painful, left lower abdominal scar that she obtained after an exploratory laparotomy in the 1980s for a left ovarian cyst and fallopian tube removal. She had one child via vaginal delivery. She complained of lower abdominal fat with rolls, and some loose skin that shelved over her lower abdominal scar and she desired a flatter, less painful abdomen. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty to remove the old scar and excess skin and we also performed Rectus Plications (muscle tightening), umbilical transposition and some Lipoplasty of her lateral trunk, waist, hips and flanks for improved overall contouring and she is thrilled with her new bikini-ready body!
