Patient 15 Breast Reduction Before and After Photos

Patient is a very pleasant 56-year old Caucasian female with long-time history of very large breasts causing chronic upper neck, shoulder, and back pains. She wore about a “DDD”-(+) cup bra and desired to be a much smaller and more comfortable B-cup- she wanted me to make her “as small as possible”. She has gotten physical therapy and chiropractic treatments in the past that provided only temporary relief and she had tried non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications and valium as well. She had deep shoulder grooves and got chronic rashes beneath both breasts. Her breasts have been very large since the age of 14 years. She had trouble exercising due to the heavy weight of her breasts and she wanted to fit into normal clothing. She is thrilled with her smaller, perkier size!
