Patient is a lovely, 39 year-old female who presented wanting “bigger implants”. She had original, trans-axillary breast augmentation performed in Riverside back in 2007, and complained that her implants were“too small”. She wore about a B-cup and desired a much larger “DD”-cup bra size. She also had a slow deflation of her right saline implant. She underwent a Complex Breast Revision with removal of her old, 240 cc Salines, Pocket Revisions and Replacements with Natrelle, Style SRF (“ultra full”), Smooth, Round, 605 cc Silicone Gels in the same, submuscular plane and she is now thrilled with her results!
