Patient is a pleasant 69 year-old Caucasian male, retired real estate developer who presented complaining of “droopy upper eyelids” that affected his peripheral vision, and he especially noticed trouble with driving at night. He underwent a full, Opthalmalogic evaluation and had documented visual field defects that improved with upper eyelid taping. He and his wife were also bothered by the “bags” of his lower eyelids due to fat pad herniation, and they wanted this corrected at the same surgical setting. He was an excellent candidate to undergo functional Upper Blepharoplasties to help his overall vision, and he also underwent cosmetic Lower, Transconjunctival Blepharoplasties (via incisions inside the lower lid so that there are NO visible external scars!).
