Patient is a sweet, 11 year-old Hispanic boy who complained that his “ears stick out too much”. He is active and likes to swim and plays soccer. He did get teased at school about his ears so his parents were very encouraging regarding corrective surgery. He underwent Bilateral Otoplasties via a post-auricular approach and has no visible scars and he is so very happy with his new ears!
