Patient is a lovely 29 year-old mother of one child who breastfed for 2 weeks, and complained of small breasts that were “too saggy and deflated”. She wore about a padded 38-C-padded bra and desired to be a much fuller D/DD-cup size. She liked volumes between 500 cc and 550 cc preoperatively. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, Smooth, Round, 565 cc High-Profile implants and is thrilled with her results!
