Patient is a lovely 49 year-old Hispanic female with history of obesity. She underwent Lap Gastric Bypass with Dr Bobby. Her highest weight was about 292 lbs and her nadir about 160 lbs, and she was stable at about 184 lbs for many months. She had history of numerous abdominal surgeries with resultant port-site scars. She complained her abdomen “looked like a road-map” and desired a flatter and smoother tummy. She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with removal of about 5 lbs of tummy tissue, Lipooplasty with evacuation of 1.9 liters of fat as well as a Ventral Hernia Repair and she is thrilled with her new, flatter tummy and better shape so that she can fit into normal clothing now!
