Patient is a lovely 44-year-old mother of 5, who had a previous Saline Augmentation in 2000. She complained of sagginess, loss of fullness, and wide areolas, and also desired exchange to silicone gel implants. She underwent Breast Revision with the removal of old 425 cc salines and Replacements with Natrelle, Style SRF (Right = 605 cc and Left=615 cc) with Vertical (“Lollipop”) Mastopexies and is thrilled with her new, fuller, perky, round breasts!
