Patient is a lovely 67 year old lady complaining of “28 year-old saline implants” with hardening noted over the past 2 years. She had original Breast Augmentation with Becker style implants in 1970 and they subsequently ruptured, so she had them removed and replaced with smaller salines. She desired exchange to silicone gel implants. She underwent Complex Breast Revision with Removal of Old, McGhan, Intact “240 cc” saline implants with severely calcified surrounding capsules, Pocket Revisions & Replacements with Sientra, Textured, Round, 565 cc HP Gels to help prevent against future encapsulation.
