Patient is a lovely 81-year-old female who complained of “droopy, sagging boobs that are uncomfortable, empty and hanging”. She wears about a 36/38 B/C-cup size but didnot fill out her bra cups. She desired a much fuller C-cup size that is lifted. On exam, she had asymmetry where her left breast was larger and lower than her right. She underwent Bilateral, Subglandular, Augmentation Mammaplasty with Sientra, Smooth, Round, 385 cc, Moderate- Profile, Highly-cohesive, Silicone Gel Implants with Exparel Injections, a small Left Reduction & Bilateral, Circum-Vertical Mastopexies with “Lollipop” Scar-design and she is thrilled with her pretty yet natural results!
