Patient is a lovely 68 year-old female who presented complaining of a painful right breast with old, saline implants placed back in 1996. She had primary breast augmentation in 1983 with silicone gel implants, but had them removed and exchanged to saline in 1996 due to a benign right breast lump. She now developed a Grade IV capsular contracture of her right breast with pain and also had several concerns regarding potential Breast Implant Illness (BII), so she now desired Removal of her implants with En Bloc Capsulectomies. She is thrilled that her breasts still look pretty after explantation and “not deformed” as she had feared!
