Patient is a lovely 51 year-old Hispanic male who complained of excess skin and fat of his lower abdomen with stria as well as severe, mons pubis ptosis after a massive weight-loss of over 100 pounds. He underwent Lap Gastric Bypass at Cedars Sinai back in 2004. His highest weight was about 354 pounds, and he had been stable at about 197 pounds for over a year. He desired a flatter stomach without the lower “flap”, with less “muffin top” and a mons pubis lift. He underwent Total Abdominoplasty with Rectus Plications, Exparel Injections for Prolonged, Postop Pain Control and Lipoplasty of his lateral Trunk, Waist, Hips and Flanks- with removal of nearly 3 pounds of excess tissue and over a liter of lipoaspirate- and he is thrilled with his results!
