Patient is a 37 year-old Caucasian female, mother of two children who breastfed, who complained of very small breasts with loss of fullness and asymmetry. She wore about a 32 A-cup and desired a C-cup. On exam, she was very thin with visible ribs in the upper poles as well as some chest-wall asymmetry due to her ribcage being more prominent on her left side, thus also causing asymmetry of her breast projection. I explained to her that due to her anatomy, she would forever have some asymmetry of her breasts after augmentation and she understood. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, 355 cc, high profile, highly-cohesive silicone gel breast implants in the “Dual-Plane” via inframammary incisions and is very happy with her results!
