Patient is a 55 yo female after gastric-bypass surgery and massive weight-loss who had small, asymmetric breasts and significant ptosis (sagginess) with loss of volume. She had Grade I Ptosis of her left breast and Grade II Ptosis of her Right breast with about a cup size difference between the two breasts.
She had silicone implants placed and circumareolar (“donut”-type) breastlifts for improved size, shape and symmetry.
