Patient 2 Mommy Makeover Before and After Photos

Patient is an attractive 33-year-old Caucasian mother who desired a “Mommy-Makeover” procedure after giving birth to four children.  She was done having kids.  She had been dieting and exercising and achieved a very good weight of 132 pounds as she was quite tall at 5 foot 6 inches.  Despite her best efforts, she complained of an area of “saggy and wrinkly” skin of her lower abdomen that would not go away, and she was extremely self-conscious about this.  Also, patient stated that her breasts had become “saggy, hollow and empty” after breastfeeding.  She wore about a 34-B bra cup-size and desired to become a full-C to small D-cup bra-size.  She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with rectus muscle plications as well as Breast Augmentation with Natrelle, Style 20, High-Profile, Smooth, Round, Silicone Gel Implants (400 cc to the left side and 425 cc to the right side) in the “Dual Plane” (partial submuscular) position and Circumareolar Mastopexies (breastlifts around the nipple).
