Patient is a very pretty, 14 year-old girl with congenital prominent ear deformities- left slightly worse than right. This had led to teasing of the patient in school, and she would not wear her hair up in order to hide her ears. She was extremely bothered by this and desperately wanted her ears corrected. She underwent Bilateral Otoplasties to correct both conchal bowl excess as well as re-create both anti-helical folds. She is very happy now and wears her hair up quite often.
