Patient is a lovely 35-year-old mother of four children, who complained of a saggy abdomen with excess skin and stretch-marks after pregnancy. She was done having children and wanted to be able to wear a bikini again. She underwent Full Abdominoplasty with Rectus Muscle Plications and removal of about 339 grams of excess abdominal skin and fat. She also had revision of her breast surgery at the same setting.
