44 yo female who developed a capsular contracture (hardening) of the left breast after previous submuscular silicone breast augmentation. Pt desired to be much larger in size (DD-cup size). She underwent removal of old 300 cc implants, capsulectomy of the left breast with capsulotomies and replacement with larger, 600 cc silicone implants through the nipple incision.
