64 year-old healthy female with 26 year-old Ruptured, Subglandular Silicone Implants, Grade IV Capsular Contractures and Ptosis who desired Replacement Implants and full Correction. She underwent Removal of the Old, Ruptured Silicone Implants, Capsulectomies and Partial Submuscular Replacements with 450 cc Silicone Implants and Bilateral “Inverted-T” Mastopexies.
