35 yo female who had large saline breast implants placed above the muscle by another surgeon. Pt developed severe, Grade IV Capsular contractures of both breasts, asymmetry and horrible dissatisfaction. Pt underwent correction with removal of the old saline implants, capsulectomies, replacement with 500 cc silicone implants under the muscle, and correction of her stretched-out areolar size and shape with bilateral “inverted mastopexies in a single surgery.
